This client dreamed of a space that was feminine and fun while also maintaining her minimal aesthetic. The home was purchased from from a developer while they were in the middle of flipping it. JMID worked with the developer to install higher in finishes and selections that represented the client's style.

This one-of-a-kind sofa designed by Jacob became the feature piece of the home, and other furnishings were sourced and selected with this piece in mind.
