Services

We offer full-service interior design services for new construction homes, home renovations and interior decorating projects. Our design team takes care of designing, curating, managing and installing everything for your space — saving you time and energy by providing everything you need to create the perfect interior space in one place.

Full-Service Furnishing

This is our turn-key furnishing package. We work with you collaboratively to bring vibrancy to your home through textiles, objects, and art. You can access our complete list of custom furnishing options, best fabrics, artists, and collections while we take care of every detail and task, from measuring to installation. 

This service starts at $10,000 with a 3-room minimum, and the suggested investment in goods is $75,000 and up. 

Renovation and New Construction

Whether you need to reimagine your current space or are starting from scratch, with our renovation and new construction packages we will be with you every step of the way. We work collaboratively with architects, builders and landscape designers to bring your interior design vision into reality. Pricing is based on the size of the room or home. Please book a complimentary discovery call to discuss pricing. 

Renovations starting at $5000, please ask about our multi-room discount. 

New Construction starting at $6 a square foot or $15,000.

Construction and Renovation Plan Review Consultation

This plan is great if you want help with your New Construction project or your renovation but do not need our full design package. I will meet with you for a 4 hour meeting in our office to guide you through your design project. Here are some tasks that we can accomplish during the meeting: reviewing architectural plans and making adjustments, reviewing cabinet plans, selecting paint colors, tiles, or other hard surfaces from the samples we carry in our office.

This plan is excellent if you want help with your New Construction project or renovation but do not need our full design package. We will meet you for a 4-hour meeting in our office to guide you through your design project. 

Some tasks we can accomplish during the session: 

• reviewing architectural plans and making adjustments

• reviewing cabinet plans

• selecting paint colors, tiles, or other hard surfaces from the samples we carry in our office

The investment for this consultation is $900. You may book as many consultation appointments as needed during your project.

Virtual Consultation

This service is excellent to help guide you through any project or questions. You will submit any questions or topics you want to cover, and I will review them before our meeting. Tasks we can typically cover during that time are: reviewing a furnishing plan and layout; questions about the layout of your home, kitchen, or bath; and general design tips.

The investment for this service is $250 for the hour. You may book as many consultation appointments as you need during your project. 

Designed in-a-Day

We offer a Designed in-a-Day package for a more budget-friendly option. This package includes a custom-curated list of furnishings and decor based on your home’s floor plans and your desires for the space, order placement, and managed delivery to you. 

The investment for this service is $900. There are no minimum room requirements for this service. Most clients invest between $10,000 and $40,0000 in goods.

Our Process

1. DISCOVERY

We will have a discovery meeting to discuss your design aesthetic to fully understand your needs and vision. Learning about how you and your household goes about everyday life is vital to creating a design that won’t only look amazing but will intuitively work with your lifestyle seamlessly. Knowing how you prefer to entertain or cook can make a significant impact on the effectiveness of your design. With your lifestyle needs and vision in mind, then we can get to work making calls and drafting a proposal. 

2. CONCEPTS AND SELECTIONS

We will use the information gathered during phase 1 to assemble a list of design concepts and estimates provided by tradespeople. We will finalize the design concepts by collecting samples and the necessary selections needed to complete the process.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

With the approved concept, we create the necessary documents to portray our design concepts. Documents include rendered elevations, paint schedules, or drawings for a new fireplace surround. These documents will be presented to you and any tradesperson so the project is executed seamlessly.

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

We will meet with all tradespeople involved. While we don’t manage anyone outside of our team, we do assist with scheduling to ensure the project goes as smoothly as possible. Should an issue arise, we will work collaboratively with all parties involved to resolve it quickly and effectively.

5. INSTALL 

For any furnishings, our design and install teams take over the home after construction. This usually takes 1-2 days. We bring all the furnishings, soft goods, art and accessories needed to complete the design. We will schedule a time for you to arrive and see your new home. All the hard work is done, and now you can sit back and enjoy it!
